You'll need to raise this with EA Help, since they handle refunds (they can't be provided here as nobody has access to the payment system). If you use the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, you should be able to create a case or have a live chat.

Just to let you know, purchases of DLC or in-game currency usually aren't refundable, but they may be able to make an exception in this case.

Sounds like little Timmy made unauthorized purchases on Mom and Dad's credit card. LOL guarantee he has a sick **bleep** soldier in BF 2042 though. LOL he's probably S500 already hahaha
