@ACE47sniperGreat question! I would also appreciate having that feature back. I like the hold off technique as well, but I would say it is kind of a guessing game at times... @EA_Atic @ragnarok013
Thanks! I don’t mind holding over either but having the ability to zero adds some realism for me. Plus the reticle needs mil dots or bullet drop compensator marks for longer shots. The game is supposed to be set in the near future, and we’ve had those in military scopes since the 1980’s. I did see mil dots in the hazard zone trailer so that’s helpful.
- @carsono311 I haven't heard anything official yet on scope zeroing like we had in BF4 but I think it'd be an excellent addition.
- @carsono311 I didn't know this as I didn't snipe but the zeroing feature like the ability to give squad orders was in the technical test but absent from the beta.
- carsono3114 years agoSeasoned Ace@ragnarok013 Really?!? I never noticed it in the Technical Playtest... hmmm. Very well then.
@ACE47sniper ^ sounds like it is already in-game. - kregora4 years agoSeasoned Ace

They circumstances the order system did something were very limiting
- less than 200m from the objective
- clear line of sight to the objective
- impossible to give defend orders
- noone got it that the control area with the "roof"/"triangle" in the minimap was the marked objective
Didn't noticed the zeroing on bolt action rifles during the play test either. And I am pretty sure, I looked for it.
