Banned Battlefield 2042 looking for help

I wanted to share what’s been going on over the past few months with my ban in hopes of getting some extra help or advice on what I should do next.
Here’s the situation: when I was at home, I played Battlefield 2042 on my Xbox Series X pretty regularly for about two years. When I moved away to university, I didn’t bring my Xbox with me, but I still wanted to keep playing the game. So, when I saw it on sale on Steam, I decided to buy it there and continue playing on my PC instead.
A few months later, after playing off and on, I was suddenly banned without any clear explanation. After checking the forums, I noticed a lot of other players were going through the same thing around that time and were talking about false bans. So, I followed EA’s instructions and submitted an appeal.
As I went through the process, I was told to check my user data to find the exact reason for the ban, since the penalty page originally didn’t say why I was banned. I did that, but even after several appeals, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Now, I’ve run into another problem which was my penalty history has completely disappeared, so I can’t even submit another appeal because there’s nothing showing up anymore.
This morning, I chatted with an EA advisor and explained the whole situation. They told me to email the Ban Team on getting more information and talking to an advisor on there team using the appeal process, but when I explained that I couldn’t because of the missing penalty history, they sent me two links to try and submit an appeal anyway. Unfortunately, I’ve had no luck so far.
At this point, I feel completely stuck. I’ve been going back and forth with EA for months, and now I don’t even have a way to move forward with an appeal.

Where I was led to believe this would submit/forward an email to the Ban team as told by the advisor. After filling this out and clicking submit it would bring me here
which takes you back to the original penalty history page with no way of contacting that Ban team.
with this all accumulating together I yet again looked to the forums where I saw that someone had a very similar experience with the one I am having currently. that person would be Moris 45 who made this discussion around the time I was banned myself Have you been BANNED!? n resolve this issue I am at a loss If someone could help me find a way to contact the ban team that would be greatly appreciated. I can also provide the transcript of the conversation with the advisor if that would help
