Why does Blasko, a sniper, use other weapons? I don't understand that in the trailer. You introduced the class system, but you yourselves don't adhere to it 🙂

It's like even the actual new map looks like a clobbered-up asset flip with little to no cohesion. And do not get me started on how the Stadium is being sold as "new" content. how far we have actually fallenIt's an Urban map- YAY!!!!!
- @IIIWhiteWolfIII There is no sniper class in BF2042. Blasco, Caspar, Paik, and Rao are Recon Specialists.

This is exactly what you described, the last of the assets and content that was originally developed. They have nothing left after this.
- @X-Sunslayer-X Mainly reused assets from Arica harbour, Discarded and orbital, with a Flashpoint base! Fine, but why take so long for a 'kitbash' map
My point is they should introduce each specialist with their unique weapons and abilities. Why put a character who's specialized in long-range combat into close quarters? It just doesn't make sense to me.
Head-to-head combat is more of Dozer's thing. Blasco should be portrayed as a more stealthy hunter.
I like the colorfull skins that we seem to be getting.
