Submit button for customer care not working

Trying to use game pass for pc to play battlefield with my son and it's not letting us link him to his pc game pass account and support tickets are not allowing us to click the submit button. I have tried multiple ticket types, browsers, and computers. Any additional way to contact EA to resolve this issue?
