Currently have Boris, Paik and the incendiary grenade at T1.
No weapons yet as I've just been having too much fun trying different things but closest with the M5A3 and PKP.
I have stopped actively working towards T1 for anything now and just going to let it happen organically as I play.
Sometimes the direction of the game needs you to change your play style and I found when I was trying to reach tier 1 for something I was reluctant to make changes to what weapon or specialist I was using. This normally resulted in what felt like a stagnant game for me personally.
Falk and Paik are T1, but the rest I've only focussed on reaching T3 to unlock their additional skins.
I was working on Boris, but now the sentry gun has been nerfed it's harder to progress. Is this something Dice take into to account when they change the stats for gadgets?
I think Lis's progress should be based on damage not destroyed targets. That thing only does 20 points of damage.

finished Irish i think this was one of the easiest one i have done so far i would say.
(But I have Still Dozer and Sundance open but I don’t see them as my daily go to specialist before that McKay, Casper and Liz on my list)
Also finished the Incendiary, this was a way to go (i think related to all the grenades this is the hardest):
