You can probably answer that question yourself by looking at previous games. To demand magical solutions to an old problem from publishers is to demand too much. The only thing that helps is to legally go after these cheat sites, but it certainly costs more of what the shareholders want to sacrifice from their dividend. You simply have to accept that the situation looks like this on a PC.
