1 Credit Card 5 accounts purchases

Hello,

I want to buy Battlefield2042 as there is a good offer for my region (Egypt),

And I want to buy it for my 5 friends with my Debit card whom we play together as they don't have bank cards,
our country svcks banana and banned online international payments except for some types of credit cards.
But I've heard that if I buy any game for more than one account with a single VISA card I will get banned, is that true? what can I do?
