Could you send me a DxDiag so I can find some clues based on the errors it shows and your complete configuration ?
Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save all information and save the file wherever you want.
Then drag and drop the file here, click Share - add the .txt file as an attachment.

After analyzing it, I can't find anything that could interfere with the game. Here are some solutions that might solve your lag problem in the game (CPU usage can depend on several factors in-game) :
1- Create a file named “user.cfg” in your game folder, for example > C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2042
2- Once your “user.cfg” file has been created, open it and add the following :Thread.ProcessorCount 12 Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12 Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0 Thread.JobThreadPriority 0 GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12 RenderDevice.Dx12Enable 1 RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit 2 RenderDevice.VSyncEnable 0 RenderDevice.TripleBufferingEnable 0 RenderDevice.FramePacingEnable 1 GameTime.MaxVariableFps 240 RenderDevice.LimitFPSInMenu 120 RenderDevice.LimitFPS 0 RenderDevice.ForceRenderAheadLimit 2 Input.SoldierZoomSensitivityAll 1 RenderDevice.UseMipBias 1 Network.TransparentUdp 1 Network.LimitPacketSendRate 0 PerfOverlay.DrawGraph 0 PerfOverlay.Enable 03- Save the file and close it
