@EA_Leeuw Hi. Sorry I don’t know how to put this other than the accounts are completely separate in EVERY single respect. The only thing that’s the same is that we live in the same house and plug into the same router/modem. And as I said we have played other multiplayer games like Fortnite with separate accounts without any problems.

4 years ago@kompete, so you are 100% certain that your Xbox account where you play Battlefield with is not connected to the EA Origin account for PC where you try to play Battlefield with simultaneously?
If you are certain of that, it is indeed most likely the case that there's an issue with your local network which is preventing you from playing the game simultaneously. I see that DeniedMercy has a nice worksheet posted with possible ports that can be forwarded to see if they fix the issue for you.
