Account restriction issue — "Waiting on Studio" response since August 31
Hello,
I’ve been waiting for an update on my Battlefield 2042 account suspension case since August 31 (Case #221576999). The case status still shows “Waiting on Studio”, and I have not received any response from the EA Terms of Service team.
I’ve already received several automated replies from EA Support (most recently Case #224152896), but none of them provided specific details about the reason for the ban — only a generic explanation.
I respectfully disagree with the decision and would like to fully cooperate to clarify what exactly led to the suspension and to restore fair access to the game.
Please help me escalate this issue to the studio or provide any information about the current status of my pending case.
This situation has been unresolved for more than a month, and I really want to resolve it properly.
