After 1.1 my fps went from 90+ to 45 avg

Summarize your bug After 1.1 i got avg 45 fps when i used to have 90+ fps. and it does not matter what setting have i have i have tried low and high setting and still get avg 45 fps. i have tried DLSS off and on still same fps (avg 45). this also happens in the main menu
