I just played a 64 player breakthrough solo match (tried to keep things reproducible) that played on the snow map. I consistently had between 100-120 fps the entire time at 4K. I don't use raytracing, are you running with it?
I had most settings on high with a few on medium that don't cause a drop in visual quality but improve performance, I think I got my settings from stodeh on youtube some months ago.

Added: Wow not sure what v card he has or if this video was taken just at release but he is recommending video settings of med to low. That can't be right.
