@EA_Leeuw How is it that we are able to play ALL older Battlefield titles still, but yet when you guys pushed through patch 5.1 ATT players can no longer play Battlefield 2042? That makes zero sense. Sounds to me you guys have ZERO clue what is happening so your easy cop out is to blame it on the ISP. Go figure.
Hi @Irishking1x,
At the moment it doesn't look like these issues have anything to do with patch 5.1.1, the game itself, or any other specific update of one of our games. But as mentioned before, everything is still being investigated.
Side note: It has been discovered that fans who are playing NHL 23 are also running into issues if they have AT&T as their provider.
It looks like the majority, if not all, of these issues started at the beginning of this, or late last, week.
Some players also mention that they can sporadically connect to the servers without issues.

Any way to compensate for the time that we are locked out of the game? Your customers are expected to pay for everything and that's fine when the service provided is functioning, it's our choice to pay that, but when the service is down we should be compensated.
@BioMan56, due to it most likely being a provider-related and specific issue, I, unfortunately, doubt there will be a form of compensation. However, this is up to the teams to decide, not us.

Really odd that I can play EVERY other Battlefield game without issue, but somehow AT&T is blocking just BF2042?
@Adamonic, unfortunately, those kinds of situations are indeed possible, as everything works differently.
