Audio Crackling and Cutting Out

Hi, this issue is relatively new for me but it's bugging me like crazy. I have a pair of razer kraken tournament edition THX 7.1 surround and I'm only finding fixes for other types of headsets. Anything I try doing won't work too. If the answer is already on this forum somewhere please let me know!

Audio cracking and cutting out may indicate there's a broken connection somewhere in the headset cable. Try bending the cable in different locations to find the broken connection. It could also be the wiring inside the headset band where it adjusts up and down.
