banned from Battlefield 2042

I've been recently banned from Battlefield 2042 due to not reason on my main account. This ban occurred on 05/Dec/22
12:21 AM UTC. I was banned from a game that I paid for for no reason. I have 16 hours of playing time in total and I bought it to have a good time with my friends. I was banned from a game platform for the first time in my life and no reason was given. All conversations are below and my tickets are being closed without any reason.

The only answer of the help center is don't ask any more questions, the topic is closed.

I need help to fix this error.

    The first link you showed says the status is active - has that changed at all? Multiple tickets will always result in a decline

    I did not open more than one ticket. I got a negative response after every ticket I opened. But I never cheated or anything. I bought the game before the free weekend. I was doing my best to have a good time with my friends. If I used cheats, I would finish the matches in the best places, even if you look at the game statistics, you can easily see that I have just started the game. The ban status hasn't changed at all. I have not been able to access this game since 5.12.2022. I am so sorry and I don't know what to do. Currently all tickets I initiate are rejected with the same message without being read.

    We have received your last message regarding the transaction made in your account. We have made all possible investigations into this matter and will not reverse the decision.

    Your only hope was with customer support, and you can read their reply.

    Also, I'm definitely not a cheater. I own a lot of games on many platforms and I've never been banned from a game. This is the first time in my life this is happening to me. I believe that such a large community will rectify the situation.

    Customer service does not try to support in any way despite all my explanations. They write that I was banned without any explanation as seen in the top photo and that the explanation will not come.

    They never explain to you why you are banned. The most likely reasons are installed trainers like cheat engine, RGB software like icue etc.

    This thread will most likely get closed.

    New account and new game, but make sure you find what software was detected as a cheat first!

    At least the game is cheap now.

    yes you are right it is cheap now but i live in turkey. I already had a hard time getting the game due to the inflation situation here and unfortunately I don't have enough budget to buy the game again.

    Because of this situation, I can't buy the game again. I'm doing everything to get banned from this account.
