Banned?

I have an issue i played the BF6 betta and loved it so much i bought BF2042 to do the challenges. However after downloading the game it through me into the bot lobby with all the Ai which I played maybe 5min of. After a few min I backed out into the main lobby and sat thier for about 20min before I alt F4 the game and fired up a different game. The next evening when I went to login it said my account was banned even though it says I have no penalties. I tried to appeal it however they denied it and I'm stressing a little because I don't know what to do at this point I never even touched the multi-player part of the game and I'm not sure if it will prevent me from being able to play BF6.
