I'm on a PC and had the same problem that started last night. What has currently worked was to go into Windows Defender; change/update app firewall permissions. Find Battlefield in the list and allow BOTH public and private (both chk boxes checked). Select OK and then restart Battlefield. This worked for me right away without a computer restart.
you should start your own thread, this one is from last year.

How much RAM do you have? If you have 16 GB or less, read how to increase/enable Virtual Memory in Windows 10. The recommended minimum is 32 GB.

I have 32 GBs and funny enough over one year later I recently gave this another try and also tried all the possible solutions in this thread and still nothing won‘t fix this trash starting up, which I have wasted a lot of money on.
