After a few hours with the user the problem was resolved after repairing Windows 10 with safe software.
No other solution worked.

Would really appreciate any help on this same issue, old build of windows 11 caused this and so does windows 11 newest build, can you suggest one that will allow me to run this.

Hey AbusedSupport ! im having this exact same problem, i was running a very old version of windows11, i then installed windows 11 newest version and it happened again! Can you please let me know what version/build model of windows 11 your running? if i download to that build it should work 🤞
