battlefield 2042 freeze the whole pc

hello I want to report about a problem I'm having with battlefield 2042 the game is great I love every single detail of it but every time I launch the game every 2 to 3 minutes the game freeze my entire PC even if I am in the lobby, I tried everything clean the cash verifying the game files you name it but nothing worked if you have any advice or solution for this problem please help
