@EA_Atic Hello Atic, is there any update on this please?
I am using I tel
i712700k with 3080 so do not think the CPU spike in the above video would be the cause and it’s exactly the same situation as @Max1boy and my video looks identical to his but even worse when running! Can you please update us as we have been waiting over a year now for a fix.
have dice acknowledged this or looked into it?
Thanks
@EA_Atic do we have any updates yet? Can you please let us know.

I genuinely do not think they are acknowledging our issue here and are going to fix it!

Still got the stutter after update and worse than it’s ever been now.!!! @EA_Atic can you please update us!
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Max1boy I just did a full system reinstall as had enough of windows 11 bugs. Put windows 10 back on installed all latest drivers so fresh system. Installed battlefield. Still stuttered when TN could went over like 20. This is testimony now that the game is the issue. It’s the only game on my system. I also can’t download battlefield via EA app I have to use origin it’s crazy!
- Max1boy3 years agoNot applicable@NightHawkk1997 I did exactly the same two weeks ago and installed windows 10.
It didn't fix the rubber banding, the issue is without a doubt in the game. - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Max1boy I accidentally installed that 22h update the other night on windows 11 and it ruined everything for all my games that’s why I am on windows 10 now 🤣
We really need EA to respond to this forum - raverill3 years agoRising Hotshot

DICE Team
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@EA_Atic is this even been acknowledged by dice? Are they aware of it?
- raverill3 years agoRising Hotshot@NightHawkk1997 Tumble weed blowing past, the sound of crickets and a distant church bell. 😒
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@raverill Tell me about it! Really not happy with the support we are getting here!

@EA_Atic any updates yet. has this been brought up with dice. we need more transparency than this as its ruining our experience.
- Max1boy3 years agoNot applicable
@EA_Atic You actually asked us to record videos and show you the issue and then all we get is silence, absolutely zero transparency.
This is really unfair, we paid our hard earned money for this game.
We deserve at least some kind of update like "the team is aware of this" just to know that our efforts were not in vain.
I don't know what is the reason @EA_Atic you are not updating us, whether it's not wanting to commit to anything or not wanting to acknowledge a major issue with the game, but try to think of it from our perspective as customers who paid and are passionate about the game (I even bought some cosmetics in hopes the game won't be abandoned).
This is just unfair...

Well this isuse is caused by render thread hitching during PSO/Shader compilation.
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Flakstar hello, how have you figured this out and if so what can we do to resolve it. you would be a lifesaver if you can help here mate. cheers! I am on rtx4090 and its still the same issue haha
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Jonas2QT Do you know how to turn off shader compilation?
- Jonas2QT3 years agoRising Traveler
@NightHawkk1997 unfortnely no I dont, I mean I can block the game from acessing the cache folder, but Im not sure if it stops the entire engine from compiling, also It doesnt makes the stuttering stop so I guess it still compiling, just not writing in the folder.
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Jonas2QT Ye I have tried this before and it never stopped it doing which is annoying! Wish it would just get resolved now it’s really ruining the experience

Only Dice can fix this. It´s an engine issue. Would be great if they compile most PSO stuff on app startup and not during runtime/gaming. Doing this during runtime isnt recommend.
"Avoid runtime PSO compilations as they most likely will lead to stalls
- The driver-managed shader disk cache may come to the rescue though"
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Flakstar So there nothing we can do with that driver? Are you saying there is a download or something? Cheers
