I have the exact same issue and the exact same laptop.
Cannot turn off the Integrated Graphics GPU in device manager because it disables using any monitors (I think the HDMI port is connected to the IGPU).
Also I cannot find a place in Lenovo's BIOS that lets me decrease the allocated VRAM for the IGPU.
If anyone finds how to change the allocated VRAM or if you find another fix, please let me know in this thread.
Maybe a bios update is needed , or google for vram with youre laptop brand and type. Im sure ya find an answer !!

I recently installed the latest BIOS update and still nothing. Apparently there is some "developer mode" for the BIOS that can be accessed by pressing a key combination, which goes like this:
- Power off completely.
- Press the power button.
- Repeatedly press F2 to enter BIOS.
- Press the following key sequence 3 times, one key at a time: Fn , R , N.
- Press F10 and Enter to save and exit.
- Repeatedly press F2 to enter BIOS, that reveals the advanced settings.

Anyways, this doesn't help at all since it brings up a lot of useless options but no option to modify VRAM.

I've seen videos of people modifying VRAM on older Lenovo laptops, but the new BIOS doesn't allow it.
