@EA_Leeuwexactly, from what I've understood from my little research isthat "recommended" old drives are jus out of date for windows, and the new one is just not fully finished/compatible to all hardware/software features.although it could be a completely different reason, that is my conclusion.full research for you guys at the 2nd page, #19 comment.

That doesn't sound good indeed.

Have you also tried to repair the game via Origin?
If you're playing via EA Desktop, have you tried to play the game via Origin?

And would it maybe be possible to post a DxDiag?

I have the same problem, so this would do for you I assume. I verified the game on Steam and still the same issues appear randomly. I played 2 games and crashed at first try, second time it crashed at first game. There were no crashes before the 3.2 update.

Exact same here. Experienced almost no crashing before this update. Gameplay performance for those 30 secs (usually 5s) before crash is poor.

Thanks for your DxDiag. A few things that I would like to mention:
- I am seeing that you're using Windows 11. Unfortunately at this moment none of EA's programs (Origin/EA app) or games officially support Windows 11. Please also see the BF2042 system requirements page: https://www.origin.com/store/battlefield/battlefield-2042#store-page-section-requirements

- Regarding BF2042, I am seeing that your game is possibly crashing because of a RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 error:
- Do you maybe have an overclock running on your PC (CPU/GPU or XMP for memory)?
- Have you checked for new Windows updates or CPU/GPU drivers?
- Are you using any kind of 3rd party Antivirus, instead of Windows Defender default?

- I can also see that your Origin is acting up quite a bit, it appears to be related to an issue with Qt5Core.dll. For this I would recommend:
- Clear the Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- Remove Origin the hard way https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/#hard-way
- Run CCleaner http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
- Restart your machine
- Install Origin again https://www.dm.origin.com/download

same, game closes itself like nothing happened.
I already:
repaired the game.
tried different drivers.
scanned the drives.
re installed origin and the game.
updated windows.
still same thing.

so ain't me, but the latest update.

at this point I'm afraid that is a feature, not a bug. (cause you know)

The least EA could do is put out an announcement that its on their end instead of telling us to clear cache,reinstall Origin, etc. if you search online you get more information about their outage and connectivity issue. This would help the community in avoiding all the posts because the majority are the same issue. DX Diag attached

Well I have windows 10 and the game crashes to desktop. It never crashed before the 3.2 patch.

my windows is 10 pro
and I'm using ea/origin client only (not with steam or epic client so cant be a 3rd party problem).

Same here it's driving me nuts.. I give up this is way too frustrating. I don't know what they have done with patch 3.2 but it caused so many issues I've never experienced before.
