4 years ago@zerom0d Good to hear you were able to get into matches, we are aware of similar reports and have shared them with our team, check do you know if the game worked after both steps were done, or just deleting save files?

I am having the same issue, and I have tried clearing the alternate mac address, and removing save data. No dice. Also have connected to different networks, reset console, and reset the router. Would appreciate help. I have messaged several times to get some assistance, and haven’t heard back yet. I would like to play the game I have yet to even see the main menu of. Thanks.
