Battlepass missing from account
just got off from a chat with ea support since my premium bp isnt showing in my account, even though I preordered the correct edition and also have the receipt. Hope this will be resolved soon!

DICE TeamHey everyone,
Could you try to play an official game mode to the end and see if that helps out, after that restart the game and have a look on the battlepass menu. Did it unlock or still saying you need to buy it?

I tried completing the round and restarting the game, but the premium reward and even the new specialist were not rewarded. I'm an Ultimate Edition user and I'm already level 12 on the Battle Pass.
