Battlepass missing from account

I own Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition. The Season 1 Tier Unlocks that we were suppose to get are NOT Unlocked.  I tried playing a quick game and nothing unlocked besides progression of what happened during that game.

It even says that Premium is active but nothing is available (new specialist, weapons, etc.)

Also seems like no one could buy store credits either.

I own the ultimate edition upgrade for bf2042 I bought it months ago for the reason I wanted all year one content and as far as I knew the ultimate edition came with the battle pass. When I click on the premium items in the battlepass screen it shows a check mark and allows me to add the tag and the background image but when I go to equip the angel skin or weapon skin it says I require the premium battlepass wtf does that mean ???

In the battlepass screen it also says premium active

Based on the picture attached i was under the impression we will have the battle pass unlocked from the beginning as gold users.

I played 2 rounds and i just progressed the battle pass to tier 7, everything else is locked.

It says premium active on the top right, what does that mean?

The description below clearly states: Year 1 Pass: ...4 Battle Passes. The "Year 1 pass" is absent from the standard edition, so it obviously meant that the battle pass would be progressed and unlocked from the beginning. Everyone will get 4 "battle passes" and I don't see a "premium content inside battle passes" on the Gold/Ultimate description, instead it implies it would be unlocked. That's one of the reasons I bought the gold edition, to skip the grind.

Why no one is talking about this?

I have no idea what you're talking about.  I bought the Gold edition and I have the premium battle pass.

Just get into a game and spawn in then you should have it.

Hey everyone, 

Could you try to play an official game mode to the end and see if that helps out, after that restart the game and have a look on the battlepass menu. Did it unlock or still saying you need to buy it?

I tried completing the round and restarting the game, but the premium reward and even the new specialist were not rewarded. I'm an Ultimate Edition user and I'm already level 12 on the Battle Pass.
