BF 2042 content from preordering BF6 on Steam not available

Question

I pre-ordered battlefield 6 phantom edition on steam. The most expensive one. I then got battlefield 2042 on steam. I have my steam account linked to my ea account. However, 2042 is saying there is content i can get for pre-ordering battlefield 6 and it asks me to pre-order the game, but I have already pre-ordered battlefield 6. Why do I not have access to this content on my account in battlefield 2042.

I already spoke with support and have a case number, but they told me to post in this form for some reason as a community manager is suppose to reply to me. So I am a bit confused as I just want pre-order content in 2042 from BF6 that I paid for. Thank you.

Hey Mike427k​ , Steeve_BF​ , 969_KTE​ &nbsp;, ive the same problem. Im free battlepass level 50 but the bf6 skin you receive with level 49 is still locked i think. Im starting bf2042 through steam and preordered bf6 on steam. My steam account is linked to my EA account as i can see in my ea account settings. Also steam is basically launching EA play everytime i start bf2042. Do you have any visual feedback like an unlocked lock that the bf6 skin is really unlocked? Because the battle pass ends in 10 days and im afraid that i wont get this skin.&nbsp;

Hi Mike427k​&nbsp;Pre-ordering Battlefield 6, even the Phantom Edition, does not grant you any additional content in Battlefield 2042.Your pre-order bonuses only apply to Battlefield 6.
