BF2042 EA app won't download user agreements and cannot play

Hi

BF2042 won't download at the end, everything downloaded but this user agreement won't download and won't allow me to play

Always ask for these two to download and this won't download. I'm using the EA app (game download won't finish without downloading these agreements and always update required when I click "update" EA app again try to download these agreements and it won't download

PC Windows 10 16BG RTX 2060 (laptop) game installed in E partition.
