    Well. after meeting with support at least 5 times and getting nowhere, I decided to go through my entire list again in the main post. One of them worked, because its now launching. Not sure which one woke it up. So if you are having this issue, check the list of steps and suggestions in my main post. Hope it gets you somewhere!

Can anyone assist with this issue? I built a brand new PC, installed a brand new version of the game, and it will not launch no matter what I do. This is infuriating.
