BF3 "Tusk" Tank Skin Not Unlocking/Tracking

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In either BF3 or BC2 servers (I've been playing on the official DICE FNB - BF3 server), play as a tanker in the USA or Russian MBT. Satisfy the requirements for the tank skin--100 kills, assists, or vehicles destroyed using the tank.
What happens when the bug occurs? The kills, assists, or vehicles destroyed stopped working towards the skin unlock. AFAIK, it has been like this for quite some time. I'm not sure if it must also be a BF3 map, as I've been mostly playing on 2042 and BC2 maps, which are the maps that the FNB servers have been taking me to. But, as you can see, the requirement doesn't stipulate that it must be a BF3 tank on a BF3 map. I've already tried using the BF3 tank on a BC2 map, as well as a BF3 tank on a BF3 map (Noshahr Canals), and both didn't work (full XP, official DICE FNB BF3 server on 20 April 2024). Since BC2 also has the same MBTs, and going to Collections for the BC2 era vehicles shows the same unlock, it should also apply to BC2 teams playing on any map. Obviously, assuming that it's either moderate or full XP (I've tested the previous on only full XP official DICE FridayNightBattlefield servers). Alternatively, as I've noticed that this unlock has not been working for quite some time now, perhaps it's simply deactivated and it needs to be activated.
What should be happening instead? All kills, assists or vehicles destroyed using the BC2 and BF3 main battle tanks should apply towards unlocking the "Tusk" M1A2 tank skin.
