Black screen and backround music after finishing game of conquest

I have played two games of conquest tonight. At the end of the round the screen went black with backround music and nothing happened. I left it for 10min. Manually shut down my xbox one and restarted...

I'm also suffering from black screen bug.

I can play the game fine but soon as a round finishes i have a 50/50 chance the next round won't load in and it just gets stuck with a black screen.

Alt+F4 or Alt+Tab and kill the process is the only option to get past it. Sounds still play in the background so it's not fully crashing it just gets stuck.
