It's good that you've created a case already. We can't really help with account problems on the forums since nobody here can access game accounts for security reasons.
What you can try in the meantime, though, is requesting a new password using the email that you've asked them to delete in the past. It might have just been deactivated rather than deleted. However, this may not help much as it might not be the EA account you'd like to use.
