Would you perhaps have a video of the issue?
And does this only happen in Solo/Co-op?

I have the same issue on PC. Tested with Breakaway map, Solo easy difficulty. Conquest.  I have NVIDIA  Geforce RTX 3070. 

You can see in the video it works a couple times then fails from the third attempt onwards.
