Summarize your bug Firing one of Lis' guided rockets breaks the camera for the rest of your play session. Anything that changes your character's perspective (getting into a vehicle, firing another one of Lis' rockets, Casper's drone, the engineering robot...) is now broken. The camera is now below the level and you cannot see anything useful. The only way to fix the issue it to exit to the desktop and restart the game completely. Backing out of the game to the main menu does not solve the issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Fire one of Lis' rockets (the first one will work normally). 2. Fire another rocket and notice that the camera is broken and below the level and you are unable to see where you are steering the rocket to. 3. Attempt to get into a vehicle (any position/seat of any vehicle at all) and notice the same thing is happening. 4. Die. 5. Load a different operator like Casper and notice that the same bug now occurs with his drone. 6. Leave the game to the main menu. 7. Enter a new one and notice that the bug persists. 8. Exit to desktop. 9. Reload the game and go back into a match and notice the issue is now fixed (it will recur if you use another rocket from Lis)
What happens when the bug occurs? After firing the first rocket from Lis' ability, it breaks the camera for anything that changes your camera's perspective from the standard first person/on foot perspective. The camera will appear to be below the level and not in any way attached to your character/vehicle/robot/drone/rocket...
What should be happening instead? Firing a rocket from Lis should not break the cameras for the rest of the time you have the game open.
The screenshot attached is of me driving the engineering robot after having fired one of Lis' rockets. You can still move it, the camera is just stuck in one spot and never moves. No matter where you go or what you do, this one spot is always where the camera will go to, and never change.
