Can’t get into any games Xbox Series X
6 days ago I went through the recommended settings/instructions to turn crossplay off and ever since I haven’t been able to play a single match in any game mode.

What exactly is happening when you're trying to find a game? Is it giving you any error messages or anything, or does it just load indefinitely?
Same issue here. Xbox Series X, when cross play is off the match will appear to start and gets stuck at the squad screen waiting for players. It eventually times out back to the main screen. With cross play on it works.
This is a big issue.
- @EA_Kent You just sit at the waiting for players screen, I’ve tried all diff hours of the day for the last like 10 days now, just doesn’t work, you’ll just eventually be booted back to main menu screen

- @JIHADxJEEPER I have the exact same problem. It's brutal and when I googled it there seems like no one is talking about it.
I asked EA support for help and was given the run around and the guy directed me to xbox problem reporting with a bad link and an xbox one support program despite me telling him I was on xbox series x. Then the guy disconnected the chat as he knew he had nothing to tell me that would be either informative or helpful. Just brutal...
FYI, Uninstalling and reinstalling the game also didn't help.

Thanks for the updates, everyone. Just to confirm, if you re-enable crossplay the issue goes away? It's strictly happening when crossplay is disabled?
Yes sir, this only happens when cross play is on.

I'm on PS5 and I'm unable to join any matches this morning. I just sit in the match making queue waiting for players to join. I have cross play disabled.
