Losing RP due to game crash

I can't tell you how much RP I've lost in Ranked play due to the game failing to load me in properly or crashing straight to the home screen mid-game (with no prior packet loss or warning). Additionally, when teammates quit early, the remaining players are still forced to play at a disadvantage without  any RP forgiveness.

Questions/Suggestions for the Dev Team:

Loss Forgiveness for Teammates Quitting: Can we implement RP loss protection when a teammate abandons the match?

Crash Protection: Can RP protection or a rollback system be added to prevent penalizing  players when losing points due to game bugs/crashes?

RP Compensation: Is there any system in place to restore RP lost to technical issues?
