Can't buy Battlefield Coins

Doesn't let me buy any of the coins. Says "Purchase failed Error code: 18:250:1P:1P:100P:-1576468071U". Only way for me to get the Battle Pass is by buying the $50 Year 1 Pass, but I can't buy that before the Season 1 Battle Pass is completed.

    @illdefined  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

     

    How to power cycle: 

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    4. Plug the console power cable back in.
    5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    If you bought the game on steam you can buy coins trough origin.

    @scorpy1981 Sorry. Where? I can't find them over there and the game keeps giving me an error so I can't from there.

    I have the same problem. The game was purchased through Steam.

    I wanted to buy the Season 4 Battle Pass, but in-game purchases do not work (purchase error in the upper right corner).

    I had to buy the Season 4 welcome pack (which includes Casper's skin and 500 coins) for $4.99 on steam, but I'm still missing 300 coins to buy the battle pass (now I have 2100 coins).

    I tried clearing the EA App cache, but that didn't help. Steam and EA overlays are enabled.

    Also, I cannot buy coins through the EA App, because the application offers non-working payment methods (region - Armenia), although I have a credit card attached.

    It's just disgusting. Developers - I want to give you money, but I can't. How is this possible?!
