Another week and game mathichng still not fixed

Its alrdy another week and the game still doesnt work , there is ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM EA and they start BANNING ppl from official discord ,  when they asking about the fix . 

I am reminding you that you are violating consumer rights, and censorship in the EU is a criminal offense. You continue to sell a product you know is not functioning, which constitutes misleading commercial practice — also a criminal offense under EU law. Do you understand that? Do you want thousands of players to escalate this legally?

  • Currently, I can only play occasionally. Most of my time is spent trying to find an available match or dealing with the recurring black screen error

    Everything worked for me for a few days, now the same situation again.

  • You know what the real problem is? EA still haven't bothered to give a proper response to their buyers. I'd prefer a beautiful lie over this embarrassing silence. They are showing their true colors. They don't care about us players who supported this game from the start despite its obvious technical flaws

  • It started again for me. Starting search - Game Finded - Black screen - throwing back in main menu with rejection sound and no visual errors

    windows update , Nvidia drivers updated, crossplay OFF and ON,

    What type of issue do you have: Not loading Conquest,Breakthrough game ( portal works)

    We had a mod from EA on another post they marked as "solved" replying to a lot of players for 2 weeks or so. The resolution was to make sure "share usage data" in options of game was on so diagnostics and errors would be auto reported however to my knowledge this settings has only ever effected whether or not your game stats are being updated to sites like tracker.gg to look up in depth player stats for games. Never has an error been resolved without extraneous efforts from players pushing the issues on forums, twitter, EA Help site where you can open cases after even finding a way to do so and get past the generic scripted live chat agents to elevate an issue higher. Which the latter used to work for me and I'd get issues resolved for dozens of my friends and presumably more. This one however I've made several cases on. They say they are aware of the issue and we will just have to wait for a game update which we got last week though it only showed on the game loading window on pc where is says "starting ea javelin anticheat" etc... Normally updates involve downloading and installing updates for bf2042 from the EA app prior to launching game so this was different.
