Can't connect to BF2042 EA servers

I’m getting this issue too but I’m on the series x, I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked

I’m on PS4 and have been unable to play for the last 36 hours. I’m getting to the point of requesting a refund for this game as it’s so broken all the time. I have constant issues trying to connect to the servers, the game resets all my weapons and vehicle customisation and won’t let me set them again. I spend more time trying to play the game than actually being able to play. 

I went through this yesterday. 2 hours I couldn't get in. When I finally did, it was lag city. Today i can't log on at all. It's EA not us. This game is broken. Not even BEAT ready and here we are 7 months in and now we can't even connect. I don't ever see buying another EA/DICE game ever and still want a refund for this garbage game.

I am having the same issue and followed all the steps outlined above and still cannot connect to EA servers on my PS5. 

I re-installed the game and attempted multiple DNS configurations. 

are there any remedies? The game is unplayable for me. 

@NextHype0The answer is go to Ea games log in and accept new terms of service. If you're are already logged in then log out log back in and accept. The game will now work. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
