Cant get past "Connecting to online services"

Hi mine was working fibe last i played maybe 3 days ago and now it gets no further then as the image attached, i have already tried your suggestions above im just a bit confused how nothing can change my end, it stop working and it be my or xboxs fault 

Sorry to add the normally moving cross at the bottom is completely frozen on my screen

  • Persona: Bertydug??
  • Region:UK
  • Type of network being used? Wifi
  • Are you getting an Error message? None screen just freezes
  • When do you get the message? When going from title screen into the main game
