    To anyone who finds this post, I finally got the achievement. The description says that you need to extract without anyone on your team dying, but the reality is that you need to go without anyone on your team going down. A lot of people, myself included, equated getting the Escape Artist tag to the achievement, because they’re worded the exact same, but the achievement is supposed to say “without anyone on your team going down.” Hope this helps you guys out, not that your randoms will.

Yes, this issue is still happening, yesterday I got the 'Escape Artist' in-game tag for successfully extracting in Hazard Zone without anyone in the squad having died, however the "Clean Exit" trophy which is rewarded for the exact same requirement did not unlock.

In fact most trophies in the game are buggy in the exact same way, where they don't unlock when you meet the requirements. Typically you have to wait like 3 - 24 hours for I guess something to register server-side, then you have to do the full or partial requirements for the trophy all over again to actually earn it. I'm a little surprised this wasn't caught before the game shipped or hasn't been patched yet either.

I think once the game is updated to fix this trophy, it should do a check to see if you met the requirements for it each time you boot the game up. This trophy is not easy to get.

    Hey, I also have the same issue, I did this now 7 times in all possible ways even without that anybody goes down. Still no trophy please there has to be a solution.

      Now 5 times when i don't get "clean exit" trophy but i get title :/
