What network set up do you have at home and do you have a 4g device that you can test network with? @xmohy
/Atic You're not the only one with this issue! The difference is I've had this issue since beta and still haven't been able to play the game. If I were to guess, the issue is related to a router firewall or windows firewall issue but I haven't been able to determine exactly what and how to fix it. Hope this helps, let me know if you find a fix, I'd like to play the game too!
I have a dsl connection all related ports are opened on the modem and the game works fine after retry to connect for 5 or maybe 10 times its works fine with the same connection and same settings windows updated firewall is disabled and other online games works fine, i will try to access the game from mobile data and keep you posted

- @EA_Atic Also be noted that i tried to start the game with stable vpn and its gives me the same error and i have to retry more than once to be able to start the game.
Can't believe I didn't think to try this. Lol, still doesn't work though.
what the solution for this problem
