You're not the only one with this issue! The difference is I've had this issue since beta and still haven't been able to play the game. If I were to guess, the issue is related to a router firewall or windows firewall issue but I haven't been able to determine exactly what and how to fix it. Hope this helps, let me know if you find a fix, I'd like to play the game too!
I have a dsl connection all related ports are opened on the modem and the game works fine after retry to connect for 5 or maybe 10 times its works fine with the same connection and same settings windows updated firewall is disabled and other online games works fine, i will try to access the game from mobile data and keep you posted
