Continuous Crashes When Loading

I'm running the game through Steam and I've been dealing with this for 3 days now. I've already gone back to earlier graphics drivers, I've reinstalled the game, I've cleared out the anti-cheat and reinstalled it, I've bottomed out the graphics settings through the config files, I don't have this issue in any other game. Occasionally I'll get errors connecting to the online service but the main thing is this DirectX error.

This sometimes crashes my entire driver suite and kills all audio in my PC forcing a reboot. If it isn't this it's the network connection or it's the splash screen hanging until I kill it. Nothing I've done seems to fix it or provide any headway toward it, and the times I've gotten into the menu feel random but don't let me go into a match at all. I'm at my wit's end with this, what the hell is going on?

DxDiag attached, if a solution has been proffered in any thread in any forum in the last 3 years I've tried it. Nothing's worked.
