    Fixed the issue on my end by right clicking on the game in the Steam library, going to Properties, the Controller tab, and selecting "Disable Steam Input" on the drop down settings.  Hope it works for you guys too, good luck!

Happens to me to. There is no real pattern either but it will randomly snap up when I’m landing, driving, running. I am playing on PC through Origin and am using an Xbox controller.
