    Fixed the issue on my end by right clicking on the game in the Steam library, going to Properties, the Controller tab, and selecting "Disable Steam Input" on the drop down settings.  Hope it works for you guys too, good luck!

If you have any HOTAS, Pedals, Joystick or other input peripherals attached, remove those and retry, thanks.

I'm have the same problem and I'm using a ps5 controller. I'm look up every 20 second and in almost every gunfight and I'm playing on pc. I switch to my ps4 controller cause i thought it was something wrong with my new ps5 controller but it was also happening to the ps4 controller too. it a bug in the game when is it going to be fix cause the beta pretty fun but it not fun when i cant aim and shoot or fly or drive or really anything
