    Fixed the issue on my end by right clicking on the game in the Steam library, going to Properties, the Controller tab, and selecting "Disable Steam Input" on the drop down settings.  Hope it works for you guys too, good luck!

Same issue, it has happened since Beta. I i have tried ps4 and ps5 controllers. Randomly snaps to the ground and turns me around 180*, usually right when i start shooting at someone. It is driving me crazy. I've reported it to EA and apparently they dont care.
