A guy on steam found a fix. So far it seems to work. You have to turn off raw mouse input. Every time you join a game, and I mean every time. It's been working for me so far for about 15 mins. If it change. I'll let you know.

So raw mouse input turns itself on every match?
The Raw Mouse Input fix works sporadically for me. Last night it stopped working for me about an hour in.
