 32gb ram 3200hz
i7 8700k
OS/Games run on nvme SSD Samsung 970

1080Ti

What I've tried:

  1. DDU uninstall and roll back drivers (in Jan)
  2. This worked ok after I disabled a bunch of services and devices
  3. Then with the mandatory driver updates a week or two ago, it came back even worse.
  4. Now can't even get through a game in debug mode
  5. DSIM and SFC commands
  6. Reset windows from iso/usb
  7. tried many different driver versions over last week
  8. disabled and unplugged everything i could
  9. removed devices like usb hub from MB
  10. removed and reseated GPU + Ram
