We are investigating the issue, no new updates with me but the team is on it.

same issue here are my specs:
- Processor AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor, 3700 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
- Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB
- BaseBoard Product X470 GAMING M7 AC (MS-7B77)
- AMD Radion VII
What I have tried:
- update / check for issues with direct x.
- install beta drivers for my graphics card.
- clean the graphics card divers and install recommended drivers.
- turn of the steam overlay.
- give battlefield graphics performance preference.
nothing seams to be working

This is my case:
RTX 3080 Gigabyte
Driver: 496.13
Win 10 Ltsc - 1809 (10.0.17763) crash after ship appears and before menu enter (error messag: see screenshot)
Win 10 Pro - 21H1 (19043.1348) crash after ease anticheat appear (no error message)

This shouldnt even been needed, this is pathetic... such a huge release with such major issues already.
I'd go back to apex for now, glad I just got EA pro rather then the actual game. I'd be so mad if I had to spend 89 bucks for something that gives DirectX crashes and then server loggin issues.
This isnt the firs time a launch form EA and Dice that gets battered.

Tried everything, less update windows because cant get a new version. i was about reset my windows but saw a lot of people having this issue.
we paid $100 to get early access i feel so cheated. :/
As I said in my title, I receive a Direct X error code (Pictured in attachment). I have tried numerous steps to get the game running including: **I have edited the post as I have found others that have posted the same issue**
Reinstalled Game/Graphics Drivers/C++
Made sure windows was completely updated
Cleared all Caches
Tried launching game after closing all non window services
Tried Launching in Windowed mode
Can't disable Direct X 12 because the file doesn't appear in my settings folder
I'm trying my best to get this to work and want it to but getting real close to submitting that refund on Steam. A lot of money for not being able to launch a game and getting close to that 2 hour game time for refunding without even launching the game once.
