Hey everyone,
We are investigating the issue, no new updates with me but the team is on it.

and also, removed all files in Documents/cache , crashdumps, settings
Clean windows 11 install did nothin for me. Im at a loss atm, i dont know what to do. I have tried every possible thing I can think of, and nothin works. I included my dxdiag, as you can see its def not my computer. 3060ti, 11700 11th gen, 32gb of ram, game and windows both on an ssd.

There is a settings document in here called PROFSAVE_profile open this in notepad and edit the line GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0 and set it to 1
Save that, then load your game back up. I was able to load straight into a game no crashing on LOW settings VSYNC on set to 60Hz, then changed to MEDIUM settings, no crash.... HIGH no crash, and finally ULTRA and no crashing.
nb. I have my GPU underclocked and undervolted by about 15% and it was still running on Ultra quite nicely. (6800XT)

actually tried again on Ultra and hit the same, high seems to be running OK.
if you're having trouble loading the game at all try setting a bunch of the options (GstRender.***) in this file to 0 (meaning off)
14 hours and still haven't seen what comes past the opening ship in the connecting screen. Direct X error. I also get the windows update error. I cant update any higher old windows version of windows 10. Played fine on the beta. My opinion is this is EA's side not my computers side.

Get this error after the game crashes to the desktop, sometimes in the menu, sometimes in-game. Literally unplayable. Looked up the problem, found other DirectX errors but not this exact one.
@EA_Atic hasn't been online since yesterday. They probably work Mon-Fri. We won't have a patch or solution this weekend.

I did try everything on this post, still not working. This must be fixed by EA , we need a patch soon.
Also, because many changes/updates on my pc (drivers and stuff) i cant even launch the game , New error origin appear : "Too many computers were loggin into this account with battlefield 2042 ultimate edition, try later"

there was no file with that name. not even one that was close to what u said. pretty sure this guys just a troll
